Available Puppies
Our puppies are much like babies–we make every effort to find the right and perfect family for each and every one of them. Those listed in Available Puppies are available for adoption by a loving family only. You may choose to place your puppy on hold, or you may buy your puppy online at any time. You may also call in and place an order over the phone during regular business hours.

Puppies on Hold
Our puppies go fast! We get an average of 1000 first-time visitors to our website on a daily basis. So if there’s a puppy you know you want, then we recommend you act fast! You can place a puppy on hold for 48 hours with a $250 non-refundable deposit. If you change your mind within the 48 hour grace period, then simply apply your deposit to another puppy. Here are the terms and conditions:
There are absolutely no refunds on any deposit.

Because of this, adopting a puppy has never been easier! Our website offers a friendly and easy way to purchase the puppy of your dreams. If you live locally, call to make an appointment and then come in person to choose your new puppy. For those who live non-locally in the US, Canada, and Mexico, we can ship your puppy to your nearest airport. Bring Home a new Precious Pups Family Member today!

Golden Frenchie Puppies will call you a day before delivery to ensure you know how to raise your puppy and what to expect when you go to pick up your furry little friend. This information will also be emailed to you. Local customers receive this information at time of pickup.When your puppy arrives at the airport, you are required to be there on time with a valid ID, and then you take your new teacup puppy home. Enjoy!

All purchased puppies are taken down from the Available Puppies section and marked as Adopted. No one else will be able to purchase your puppy. For phone transactions, puppies are marked as Adopted only when all paperwork is returned back to our office with completed signatures.Barb’s Precious Pups reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including the delay of pickup and/or delivery. If delay is required by Golden Frenchie Puppies (for the pups safety or health) no additional charges for boarding will be required. Depending on the circumstance, you may also choose a new puppy or wait until the puppy is able to ship from our kennel.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Puppy, it can be returned to the Breeder within 72 hours after receiving the Puppy at the Buyer's expense. Golden Frenchie Puppies will refund the purchase price of the puppy, with the exception of a $500.00 hold back.

No refunds, no exceptions. These exclude special circumstances addressed by our Health Warranty. Puppy Heaven has no control over the environment our puppies will be introduced to, so the puppies will no longer be allowed back in our nursery for the safety and health of the other puppies.

Health Guarantee
Golden Frenchie Puppies guarantees this puppy to be healthy and free of all communicable diseases at the time of purchase and current on all vaccinations and deworming. Please provide our information/vaccination records to your Veterinarian at the time of your Puppy's first check up. The immunization series was begun at 3 weeks of age. DO NOT allow your Vet to begin the initial vaccination series over again. Given additional shots are both unnecessary and dangerous and can over-toxify the Puppy.
*There is NO guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the dog, regardless of show or breeding intentions or potentials.

Buyer Responsibilities

*Have Puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian with 72 hours of receiving the Puppy or the contract is null and void. Weekends and public holidays are excluded as they are not seen as normal working days.
*Sellers must be informed immediately of the examination's result. Once your Puppy receives a clean bill of health please email us. We will keep a copy of this written verification. If there is a health issue, please email us your health report. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
*Provide Puppy with routine preventative care, such as but not limited to:
1. Annual physical exams by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.
3. Keep your puppy off unknown surfaces until the puppy has had his/her second puppy vaccination, to prevent contracting diseases such as, but not limited to, Parvo and Distemper. We will NOT be responsible for puppy contracting Parvo, Giardia and Distemper or other communicable diseases once they leave our care. Protect your puppy! We recommend crate training and keeping your new puppy separated from all other pets until the second series of puppy vaccinations have been completed.
